Thank you for choosing MACCREW. We are an online apparel retailer specializing in cross-border sales. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Macau to your country/region. Due to the following practical constraints of international logistics and operations, we have established a specific return and exchange policy. Please read and understand this policy carefully before placing your order.

Core Policy: No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

Due to high international shipping costs, lengthy delivery times, complex customs procedures, and potential additional import taxes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, minor color variations from screen displays, or simple change of mind.

All sales are final for non-defective items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded for non-defective reasons.

Our Commitment: Warranty for Defective Items

We maintain strict quality control. If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage caused by us or our carrier, we will resolve the issue. This includes:

  • Major manufacturing flaws: Unwearable seams (split open), holes, severe color bleeding/dye inconsistencies.
  • Incorrect item: The item received is completely different from what was ordered.
  • Significant shipping damage: Item is soiled or unusable due to severely damaged packaging.

⚠️ Please Note: The following are NOT considered defects and are not eligible for warranty claims:

  • Minor color variations due to different monitor displays.
  • Personal preference regarding fabric hand-feel, thickness, or weight.
  • Fit issues due to choosing the wrong size or personal expectations of the garment's cut/silhouette.
  • Minor loose threads, slight initial fading, or other negligible factory traces that do not affect wearability.

Process for Reporting a Defective Item

If you believe your item is defective, you must:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect.
  3. Upon verification by our team that the issue is covered under this warranty, we will offer one of the following two solutions (returns for refund are not available):
  • Option A: A one-time replacement of the correct item (shipping free).
  • Option B: A partial refund as compensation, determined by the severity of the defect.

  • Consult the Size Chart Carefully: Our size chart provides precise garment measurements. Please select your size based on your actual body measurements (bust, waist, hips, etc.), not your usual size in other brands.
  • Review Product Details Thoroughly: Read all information provided, including fabric composition, fit description, care instructions, and customer photos if available.
  • Contact Us First with Questions: If you are unsure about sizing or any product detail, please contact our customer service BEFORE placing your order. We are happy to provide guidance.
